The African Union (AU) is a Federation consisting of all of Africa's states except Morocco. The union was formed, with Addis Ababa as its headquarters, on 26 June 2001. In July 2004, the African Union's Pan-African Parliament (PAP) was relocated to Midrand, in South Africa, but the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights remained in Addis Ababa. There is a policy in effect to decentralise the African Federation's institutions so that they are shared by all the states. The African Union, not to be confused with the AU Commission, is formed by an Act of Union, which aims to transform the African Economic Community, a federated commonwealth, into a state under established international conventions. The African Union has a parliamentary government, known as the African Union Government, consisting of legislative, judicial and executive organs.

It is led by the African Union President and Head of State, who is also the President of the Pan African Parliament. A person becomes AU President by being elected to the PAP, and subsequently gaining majority support in the PAP. The powers and authority of the President of the African Parliament derive from the Union Act, and the Protocol of the Pan African Parliament, as well as the inheritance of presidential authority stipulated by African treaties and by international treaties, including those subordinating the Secretary General of the OAU Secretariat (AU Commission) to the PAP. The government of the AU consists of all-union (federal), regional, state, and municipal authorities, as well as hundreds of institutions, that together manage the day-to-day affairs of the institution (Wiki).

Similarly, the African Kingdoms Federation (AKF) is a union, consisting of all of Africa's states ancient Royal Kingdoms referred to as the Traditional Kingdoms and Traditional Rulers, forming a Royal Monarchial Federation. The union form by the Sheba Kingdoms ancestors at its earliest period hundreds years ago, was referred to as the Maa-Confederation, later in the period of its colonial history, with its nations broken and in torment, it was referred to within inner Africa, as the Mother Nation, later referred to as Mother Africa by the slaves taken from the Kingdoms out of Africa, and in particular their African-Americans and African-Caribbean descendants of the diaspora in the later generations as Mother Africa and the Motherland.

Though the Tribes spoked various languages and had various independent cultures, all, had amongst their unified make-up and common-shared history one key thing in common, all belong to a Kingdom and Tribal Nation, and all of these Kingdoms and Tribal Nations were born of one and the same root ancestral Throne, the mother throne of the Royal Bloodlines and oldest throne since the dawn of humanity, that of the Throne of Kush, later known as the Kingdom of Sheba.

In 1962 the Federation was revived, reformed and then reference name Nubian Nations Community was held. In 2000 its name was by decree of the Imperial Matriarch permanently changed to the African Continent Kingdoms Nations Federation, in short: the African Kingdoms Federation. The African Kingdoms Federation has its Constitutions which aims to transform the Traditional Trans-African Kingdoms and Chiefdoms to an organised Federation representing its multiple Kingdoms and Tribal Nations. The Federation has a Royal Central Government, known as the African Kingdoms Federation Imperial Central Government, consisting of legislative, judicial and executive organs.

Unchanging in its ancient structure, it is led by the ancestral thrones Matriarchal bloodlines of the Nubia's 'Nubian Kingdom Nations oldest Royal House and Throne of the ancient African Kingdoms Kushite lines, that of the ancestral Matriarchal Sheba Throne, the ancestral Mother Kingdom of the Kingdoms of Africa. The Matriarchal Throne lines or African Imperial Throne lines, holds by hereditary throne rights the Leadership as the Federation Head of State, and is also the President/Head of the Federation Cabinets and the Federations Prime Ministers Office. The Federation present Matriarchal Throne Ruler is Her Imperial Majesty Empress Shebah 'Ra - Queen Shebah III the Queen of Sheba. A person becomes the Federation Prime Minister and Deputy-Prime Minister from within the Federations Kingdoms Nations by Matriarchal Throne appointment Decree of the Imperial matriarch after recommendation by the internal Cabinet and confirmed by acceptance of the Imperial Matriarch with a Imperial Throne Decree of Appointment.

The powers and authority of the Prime Minister of the African Kingdoms Federation derive from the Matriarchal Throne, Federation Constitutions, and the internal Protocol of the Federation Sovereigns Cabinets leadership. The Federation Government is open to, consists of, and represents the Kingdoms Nations and Chiefdoms, Tribal Nations People of all the African Continent Nations and States and all-union (federal), regional, state, and municipal traditional African Kingdoms authorities.
